Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish a residential structure, abate asbestos, and perform lot cleaning at 905 Anarine Road. The scope includes complete demolition of all structures and accessories, hazardous‑material identification and removal, proper disposal of debris, grading, reseeding, and site restoration to a clean, level lot. The contractor must hold all required NC licenses (general contractor, asbestos contractor), provide insurance and bonding, comply with federal HUD/ARPA requirements, and complete the work within a 30‑day window after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
• Demolition of all primary and accessory structures, including foundations, footings, and utility installations.
• Licensed asbestos identification, removal, and disposal in accordance with NC and EPA regulations.
• Lot cleaning, grading, back‑filling, seeding and mulching; removal of all debris, vegetation, and non‑structural materials.
• All permits, inspections, safety fencing, and documentation (disposal tickets, clearance certificates) are the contractor’s responsibility.
