Description
The Maryland Office of People's Counsel is seeking consulting services to support its work in connection with Washington Gas Light Company's application for a rate increase. The selected consultant will provide technical expertise and support to OPC in its review of the rate case. The scope of work includes participating in discovery, motions, hearings, and appeals, as well as providing analysis and recommendations on the rate case.
• The consultant will be required to sign certain State of Maryland affidavits regarding campaign contributions, drug policy, payment of taxes, debarment, discrimination, etc.
• The consultant's business must be registered with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation as a business licensed to conduct business in Maryland.
• The OPC reserves the right to cancel this RFP, accept or reject any and all proposals, and conduct discussions with all qualified or potentially qualified offerors.
