The DLA Distribution Albany is soliciting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of 50 bundles of polyethylene foam. The acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this project is 326150, and the size standard is 750 employees. The product or service code (PSC) for this acquisition is 8135. The required delivery date must be 30 days after receipt of order.
• The polyethylene foam must be 2 inches thick, 48 inches wide, and 108 inches long.
• The foam must be white, type 1, class 4, grade A, and meet the requirements of A-A-59136 latest revision.
• The foam must be palletized, with no more than 4 bundles per pallet, wrapped and strapped to the pallet.
• The quantity required is 200 bundles, with each bundle containing 10 sheets.
• Quotes that do not meet the delivery date will not be considered for award.
