Description
The US Army is soliciting quotes for the procurement of Cable Assembly, Spec, with an estimated quantity of 3 EA. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The contractor must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) to access the Technical Data Package (TDP). The contractor will be required to furnish only the listed manufacturer's part number for the components of the contract item.
• The contract requires the contractor to submit a quote that includes the unit price for each separately priced contract line item.
• The contractor must provide a proposal that meets all the material requirements of the solicitation.
• The Government reserves the right to reject any proposal if it is in the best interest of the Government.
• The contractor will be required to identify an individual who will be an OPSEC Coordinator and ensure that this individual is OPSEC Level I.
• The contractor must complete annual OPSEC awareness training and provide certificates of completion to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
