The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing a simplified‑acquisition RFQ for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply 81 mm Drogue Plates and Rear Support Plates. The contract will have a one‑year base period plus two optional one‑year ordering periods (up to three years total). The Government guarantees a minimum of 5,000 Drogue Plates and 6,800 Rear Support Plates, with a maximum ceiling of 28,000 and 20,400 respectively. Delivery of a first‑article test lot (15 of each) must occur within 90 days of award; production deliveries follow 60 days after first‑article acceptance. Offers must include firm‑fixed unit prices in the prescribed Price Matrix. The award will go to the lowest‑priced, responsible offer.
