Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the replacement of roofs at Yampa River State Park. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing shingled roofs on the visitor center building, the Campers Services Building, an on-site Picnic Shelter, and the Maintenance Building. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 40 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• Replacement of existing shingled roofs
• Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials
• Installation of new architectural shingles
• Repair and replacement of roof sheathing as necessary
• Coordination with park operations and maintenance of safe public access
