Sources Sought for Mild Detonating Cord/Fuze

The US Army is seeking potential sources for the procurement of mild detonating cord/fuze (MDC) for use in prototype military munitions located at Redstone Arsenal. The MDC should be 1.5-2.0 mm in diameter and have a weight of 2.5-3.0 gr/ft. Interested parties should submit white papers not to exceed five pages, including a brief description of the offeror, products and specifications, and the type(s) of service issues that can be corrected by the offeror. • The MDC is required for explosive signal transfer in prototype military munitions. • The offeror should be able to deliver MDC to Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. • The white paper should be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. • The submission should include the RFI number W31P4Q-26-R-0009. • The Government will acknowledge receipt only if requested with the submission.
