Budget estimate

$500,000 – $8,000,000

The BPA has a master ceiling of $8,362,426 over five years. Assuming a competitive small‑business win could capture anywhere from a few task orders (~$500 k) up to the full ceiling if the contractor receives the majority of calls, the expected earnings range is roughly $0.5 M to $8 M. Factors influencing the range include the number and size of BPA calls awarded, the contractor’s capacity to meet the $1,500 minimum per call, and the mix of high‑value versus low‑value hardware.
