Roxborough State Park Visitor Center Bathroom Remodel

The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for remodeling the existing bathroom in the existing Visitor Center at Roxborough State Park. The project includes demolition, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and architectural work. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, bathroom remodel, and other optional bid items. The project is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project includes a base bid for mobilization and bathroom remodel. • Optional bid items include replacing existing bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, doors, and mini-split unit, as well as demolishing sidewalls and refinishing floors. • The contractor must provide a schedule of values and a breakdown of the contract cost proposal. • The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
