2026 Task Order Contract (TOC) for Flatwork and Street Improvements, Package 2

The City of San Antonio is seeking a contractor for the 2026 Task Order Contract (TOC) for Flatwork and Street Improvements, Package 2. The contract includes asphaltic concrete, hot laid, bituminous materials, sod, grass, construction of sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian and handicap ramps, paving and resurfacing of streets, and traffic control services. The contract has an estimated value of $5,000,000.00. The contractor will be required to meet prevailing wage rate requirements and adhere to various ordinances, including the Local Preference Program Ordinance, Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program, and Heat Illness Ordinance. • The contract is a unit price contract with estimated quantities for budgetary purposes only. • The City may order all, some, or none of the work shown in the IFB. • The contractor must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet subcontracting requirements. • The project requires 12 project signs and must be substantially completed within 420 calendar days. • The contract does not include hazardous environmental work.
