Fire Station Construction

The North Collier Fire Control & Rescue District is seeking bids for the construction of a new Fire Station 49 located in Naples, Florida. The project includes a 15,000 square foot building for 13 firefighters, office space, a conference room, apparatus bay, Decon area, fire gear storage, firefighter bunks, and living space, as well as parking. The work must be performed in accordance with the attached architectural plans, which include architecture, structural, site development, landscape, site lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm plans, along with fire protection system design criteria. • The project requires the construction of a new fire station • The fire station will have a 15,000 square foot building • The building will include space for 13 firefighters, office space, a conference room, and other facilities • The project also includes parking • The work must be performed in accordance with the attached architectural plans
