Description
The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires a service/maintenance agreement for the Lab2Lab pneumatic tubing system. The system is used to transport samples between labs, storage systems, and analytical instrumentation. The contract will include telephone and remote access support, software updates, remote application support, annual preventative maintenance visits, on-site repair and refurbishment, and replacement parts. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the system's continuing operation and functionality.
* The Lab2Lab system is comprised of an alarm, three receivers, buffer, retrieval bin, three senders, and a router.
* The system is used to improve efficiency and increase productivity in the Analytical Chemistry Core (ACC) at NCATS.
* The contract will be for a period of one year, commencing on May 6, 2026, and ending on May 5, 2027.
* The contractor must have experience in servicing systems like the Lab2Lab pneumatic tubing system.
* The contract will include all necessary provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC).
