City of Cortland Roundhouse Mill Demolition Project- Request for Proposals

The City of Cortland is seeking proposals for demolition, site clearance, and site restoration at 41 Elm Street Cortland NY 13045. The work to be conducted includes the complete demolition of all existing structure(s), removal and disposal of all debris from the site, including asbestos containing material, backfill, grading, and site restoration. Work shall be performed in accordance with the General Requirements and Technical Specifications outlined below, and all applicable laws Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
