Furnish and Install Window Shades at the Flynn Building

The Town of Sudbury is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install interior window shades at the Alan Flynn Building. The project includes the installation of window shades in accordance with the provided specifications. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids are due by May 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM. • The bidder must provide evidence of past performance in similar projects. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. • The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening of the bids. • The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids.
