Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for Fleet Garage Repairs at Cherokee Mental Health Institute in Cherokee, IA. The project involves repairs to the garage and is expected to begin on April 13th, 2026, and end on June 1st, 2026. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply.
• The bid security must be 5% of the total bid amount.
• Bidders must submit their bids on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 13th, 2025, at 10:30 am, which is highly recommended but not mandatory.
