Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for road repair and overlay at Lake Loramie State Park Luther Boat Ramp. The project involves overlaying 1.5" of 448 Type 1 surface course asphalt, milling the entire area, cleaning, applying tack, and paving. The work must be completed between Monday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the completion date is June 1, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Key requirements include:
• Overlaying 1.5" of 448 Type 1 surface course asphalt
• Milling the entire area at 2"
• Cleaning the area to overlay
• Applying .10 gal of tack every square yard
• Paving 2" of 448 Type 1 surface course asphalt over the entire area
• Removing old asphalt
• Completing work between Monday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
