Description
The State of Kansas is seeking proposals for furniture kits. The contract period will be from the date of contract execution through December 31, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to provide furniture kits that meet the specifications outlined in the RFP. The RFP includes detailed specifications for work surfaces, chairs, and monitors. Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope or container, with the outside clearly identified as "Cost Proposal" or "Technical Proposal" with the Bid Event ID / RFP number and closing date.
• The work surfaces should be at least 24” x 48” in size.
• The chairs should have adjustable seat height, adjustable back rest, and adjustable seat pan tilt.
• The monitors should be adjustable in height, tilt, and angle.
The State of Kansas reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
