This sealed bid solicitation seeks vendors to supply a comprehensive range of culvert products—including polymer‑coated metal culverts, uncoated metal culverts, concrete and plastic culverts, PVC pipe, slip caps, high‑performance storm culverts, catch basins, and polymer‑coated and uncoated bands and T‑pieces—for a one‑year service period (Sept 1 2026 – Aug 31 2027). The work involves manufacturing/ procuring the listed items and delivering them to Lafourche Parish Government for use in public infrastructure projects. • Provide all listed culvert and pipe products, meeting the specifications in the attached Excel file. • Deliver materials to the Parish’s Department of Public Works site (4876 Hwy 1, Raceland, LA). • Ensure compliance with Louisiana R.S. 38‑2212 and related bid laws, including electronic bid submission via Central Bidding. • Maintain eligibility for Small Business/Women‑Owned and Section 3 firm participation as encouraged by the agency.
