10th Street Pavement Replacement Maple Street to Locust Street

The City of Yankton is seeking a qualified contractor to reconstruct the 10th Street corridor between Maple Street and Locust Street. The project encompasses full demolition of existing pavement, installation of new water‑main and sanitary‑sewer utilities, placement of a 6‑in. Portland‑cement concrete (PCC) roadway, sidewalks, curb & gutter, detectable‑warning panels, and comprehensive traffic‑control and erosion‑control measures. The work must comply with City, SD DOT, and SD DENR specifications, include a performance bond equal to 100 % of the contract price, and be completed by the stipulated deadline. • Demolition and removal of existing concrete/asphalt pavement (≈ 4,970 SY). • Installation of new 8‑in.
