The Baconton Community Charter School is seeking bids for the construction of a steel building to be used as a general-purpose sports facility on their campus in Baconton, Georgia. The project involves erecting a 140’ x 95’ steel building on a concrete foundation, installing gutters and downspouts, and providing HVAC, interior/exterior doors and windows, and other necessary features. The scope of work includes building out concession areas, bathrooms, and classrooms, as well as installing suspended grid ceilings, VCT flooring, and commercial-grade fixtures.
