Description
The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking a contractor to provide cable assembly, specification, with a quantity of 6 units. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must also provide descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications.
• The contractor must provide a technical spec sheet and/or proof of traceability with their quote.
• The contractor must be capable of providing FOB Destination to the address below: PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD IMF, 667 SAFEGUARD STREET, BLDG 167-1 RECV, PEARL HARBOR, HI 96860-5033, UNITED STATES.
• The contractor must include shipping in the unit price of the item.
• The contractor must provide a point of contact, name, and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, and whether or not their company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
