INVITATION FOR BIDS #33-26 TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE CONSTRUCTION

The City of Rockville is seeking bids for the construction of traffic signal upgrades at seven intersections. The project includes upgrading existing traffic signal equipment and installing new traffic control devices such as APS push buttons, traffic signal housings, LED modules, detection cameras, control cabinet, electric wire, conduit, traffic signs, and other traffic control related items. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and services, and all other associated work as shown on the Construction Drawings and included in these documents. • The project includes work at seven intersections: W. Gude Dr/Research Blvd, W. Gude Dr/Gaither Rd, E. Gude Dr/Rothgeb Dr, E. Jefferson St/Halpine Rd, Wootton Parkway/W. Edmonston Dr (East), Washington St/W. Montgomery Ave, and Seven Locks Rd/Fortune Terrace. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, and services. • The project includes the installation of new traffic control devices and the upgrade of existing traffic signal equipment. • The contractor must follow the Construction Drawings and these documents for all associated work.
