Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a Multi-Discipline Architect-Engineering (A-E) firm for a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to support the Entry Corridor project at Arlington National Cemetery. The project involves planning, design, and construction phase services for the Entry Corridor, which includes Memorial Avenue and the historic entrance into the cemetery welcome area. The A-E firm will provide engineering and design support, including design services, drafting, planning, programming, cost estimating, and construction phase support services. The contract has an estimated capacity of $40,000,000 and a five-year base period with no option years.
• The A-E firm will be required to respond rapidly to Government requirements with outstanding professionalism and top-quality craftsmanship.
• The firm will be responsible for checking calculations, drawings, details, notes, and other work products to verify the design intent, technical adequacy, and other work projects.
• The contract will be procured in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (PL 92-582, formerly known as Brooks A-E Act).
• The A-E firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a qualification statement.
• The firm must demonstrate experience in and ability to successfully execute the proposed Project, including providing three example projects completed within the past 7 years.
