Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett County Police - Bay Creek Precinct Parking Lot Improvements Project. The project involves asphalt surface improvements, including seal and stripe, and ADA signage modifications. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The project must be substantially completed by August 1, 2026. Key aspects of the project include:
• Asphalt surface improvements (seal and stripe) and ADA signage modifications
• Full-depth removal of asphalt surfaces in certain areas
• Striping and other markings to be installed as indicated on the design
• Protection of building fixtures and finishes in the immediate project area
• Compliance with all manufacturer recommendations and specifications
• Hauling away all trash, debris, and sediment collected in the scope of work
• Maintaining a level of cleanliness and neatness needed for proper execution of the work
• Tools and equipment to be properly stored and secured
The contractor must attend a pre-quote conference and provide a proposed schedule for the work. The contractor will also be required to obtain and maintain insurance coverage for the duration of the project.
