11 Warren Street Exterior Building Façade Design

Columbia County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and architecture firms for the design of exterior building façade improvements at 11 Warren Street, Hudson, NY. The project includes building programming services, design, construction administration services, and construction inspection services. The selected consultant will work with the County to develop a schematic design, provide cost estimates, and prepare contract documents. The consultant will also provide construction administration and inspection services during the construction phase.
