STX)-2026-006 (Supply and Delivery Diesel Fuel in the St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from vendors to supply and deliver diesel fuel to their facilities, including administrative buildings, aviation and marine ports, and passenger terminals, as well as vehicles and equipment, located throughout the island of St. Croix. The contract period will end on September 30, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and deliver all necessary labor and equipment to fuel VIPA's equipment on an on-call, as-needed basis. • The vendor must provide various documents, including a business license, certificate of general liability insurance, and debarment status. • The vendor must also provide references and prior experience, preferably with other governmental agencies. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The vendor must certify that they have not prepared the proposal in collusion with any other respondent. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the contract period.
