Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide Cannon Containers for the 155mm M776 per Drawing 11581100, Rev C. The contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order. The contractor must deliver the containers to Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, NY. The Government intends to award one contract based on the evaluation criteria below.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the contract line items.
• The contractor must deliver the containers within the specified timeframe.
• The contractor must meet all the material requirements of the solicitation.
• The contractor must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation and certifications.
