3-Axis Motorized Stages

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from companies capable of providing a 3-axis motorized stage system for a magnetic imaging microscope. The system must meet specific requirements, including travel ranges, accuracy, repeatability, and motion requirements. The system should also be able to operate with a payload of up to 4 kg and have non-magnetic body and encoders. The company should provide information about their capability to meet or exceed NIST's minimum requirements, past experience, and any relevant past performance. • The system must have a 3-axis stage stack with travel ranges of 300 mm, 100 mm, and at least 50 mm for the X, Y, and Z axes, respectively. • The system must have an accuracy of 2 μm and repeatability of 1.5 μm. • The system must be able to execute repeated XY scanning. • The Z-stage must be low profile and mounted on top of the XY stage. • The system must be able to operate with a payload of up to 4 kg. • The system must have non-magnetic body and encoders.
