Description
The Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from contractors licensed to work in Florida for the replacement of the roofing of Wesley House at Eden Gardens State Park. The project requires the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting. The contractor must also include Builder’s Risk Insurance in the bid price. The project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable.
• The bid submittal due date is January 6, 2026, at 3:30 pm (ET).
• The project location is Eden Gardens State Park, 181 Eden Gardens Road, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
• Bidder prequalification is required, and each bidder must provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
