The GPO is seeking a vendor to manufacture three distinct textile items for the Illinois Army National Guard: an oversized, waterproof Boonie hat (6,000 units), a Nike‑style Dri‑FIT performance cap (4,000 units), and performance running shorts (3,000 units). All products must meet strict branding, material, and quality specifications, including UPF‑50 fabric, screen‑printed logos, and Quality Level 3 inspection.
