Description
The United States Navy is soliciting quotations for the repair of Circuit Card Assemblies. The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed price for the full repair of the items. The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined most advantageous to the Government, with past performance considered more important than price. The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item, and provide a unique item identifier for the items.
