Description
The project involves a bathroom renovation at the Fortune Road 1 IRA facility, located at 45 Fortune Road West, Middletown, NY 10941. The scope of work includes partial demo, installation of epoxy floor and rigid wall coverings in the shower area, replacement of the toilet and sink, and other related tasks. The contractor must provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the scope of work and architectural drawings. The project must be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit on either Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 @ 9:00 am or Thursday, November 20th, 2025 @ 12:00 pm.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• The contractor must adhere to prevailing wages and provide certified payroll records.
• The contractor must ensure continuity of work, communicate with the House Director and Plant Superintendent, and schedule the work to avoid interfering with other functions of the residence.
