Description
The Grand Blanc Community Schools are seeking bids for the construction of high school tennis courts. The project includes labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the tennis courts. The bidding documents are available for download, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28th, 2026. Bids must be submitted by February 17th, 2026, and must include a bid bond or cashier's check. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond.

• The bidding documents consist of plans and specs prepared by Gazall, Lewis & Associates, Architects, Inc.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held at the GBCS Administration Building Conference Room.
• Bids must be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the bidder.
• The envelope bearing the proposal must identify the company, the proposal being bid, and be addressed to the attention of Mr. Jeffrey Cushman, Director of Operations.
