Purchase and Delivery of TSS Sensor Air Flush Assembly

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a vendor to provide ten (10) TSS Sensor Air Flush Assemblies per drawings and specifications. The assemblies must be new equipment, free of damages and defects, and conform to generally accepted industry standards. The vendor must provide a certified scale and certified weight/load slip for each delivery. The City reserves the right to determine suitability of items offered and may request references from clients currently using the brand/model being offered. • The quote price must include all related costs, including shipping and delivery to the final destination. • The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, City laws and have all licenses and permits required. • The manufacturer must guarantee parts availability for a minimum of ten (10) years or the reasonable life of the units. • The vendor must acknowledge the General Terms and Conditions and comply with the requirements.
