Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a vendor to procure a SAILOR 120 XTR TVHD Antenna for the NOAA ship RAINIER. The solicitation is being issued as a brand name justification, total small business set-aside. The selected vendor will be required to deliver the antenna by April 30, 2026. The evaluation criteria will include price, past performance, and technical acceptability.
• The vendor must provide a firm fixed price for the antenna.
• The vendor must provide a technical description of the antenna, including any relevant specifications or certifications.
• The vendor must provide at least two references for similar work performed in the past three years.
• The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the use of covered telecommunications equipment or services.
