Description
The University of Houston-Clear Lake is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the construction of an Aerospace Structures and Materials Lab at the university. The project involves the renovation of an existing building on level 2, including interior non-structural wall construction, new finishes, new lighting, new electrical, and new plumbing distribution. The successful respondent will be required to provide construction services, including labor, equipment, materials, and supplies, to complete the project within the specified budget and timeline. • A Subcontracting Plan
• A Cost and Delivery Proposal
• Resumes of the proposed construction team members
• A construction management and execution plan
