Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the purchase of 30 strainer sediment items, specifically the OEM PN XST266MDXX, manufactured by EATON CORP. The items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 10, and must meet specific descriptive and specification data, including a 2 1/2" strainer basket, Model 72 Simplex, 1/16" perf, monel, and specific product length and diameter. The delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government, based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The quotation must include the company's Tax Information Number (TIN) and a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3.
• The offeror must have a valid DUNS number and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The packaging and marking requirements are specified in the solicitation, and the offeror must comply with these requirements.
• The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106.
• The resultant purchase order will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
