Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a door for an aircraft. The door is described as NSN: 1560011251440FJ, NOUN: DOOR, AIRCRAFT, and P/N: 160D215002-29. The contractor will be required to provide the door in accordance with the technical data provided by the government. The government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, or contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data.
• The door must meet the specifications outlined in the technical data.
• The contractor must be a qualified U.S. contractor.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act.
• The contractor must provide a copy of this notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the technical data.
• The government does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, currency, or completeness of the technical data.
