The City of Gardner is seeking a qualified design‑build team to demolish the existing restroom at Veterans Memorial Park and construct a new, fully accessible prefab restroom facility. The scope includes complete project planning, site preparation, demolition, utility coordination, foundation work, construction of the restroom building, and associated site restoration and landscaping, all delivered as a turnkey solution under the City’s standard RFP format. • Demolition of the current restroom structure and removal of debris. • Design, engineering, and construction of an accessible prefab restroom building. • Utility coordination, foundation preparation, site work, and landscaping to integrate the new facility into the park. • Delivery under a design‑build contract with the City’s separate Professional Services Agreement governing administration, insurance, and indemnification.
