The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division (Lakehurst) is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price, limited‑competition award to purchase 26 H53K tool groupings (total 206 kits) with an option for an additional 103 kits. The solicitation is limited to IDSC Holdings LLC, Snap‑on Tools, and their authorized distributors under FAR Part 12/13 procedures. The award will go to the technically acceptable, lowest‑priced offer.
