Manchester Water Works is seeking a qualified contractor to harvest timber from three woodlot units (≈ 51 acres) located in Chester and Auburn, NH. The contractor must cut only trees marked with blue/orange paint, provide all necessary road and landing improvements, handle snow removal, and complete site restoration by June 15 2027. Payment is based on per‑MBF or per‑ton rates submitted in the bid; the agency receives the stumpage price while the contractor retains proceeds from product sales.
