The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a long-term contract for the manufacture or distribution of an electromagnetic relay. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified vendors capable of manufacturing or distributing the item in accordance with the listed requirements. Interested vendors should complete the attached Market Research Questionnaire and Spreadsheet and submit them to Kimberly Pozderac by Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The contract will be for a one-year base period with single option years thereafter.

• The approved source is DARE ELECTRONICS, INC.
• The unit of measure is EA.
• The estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 90.
• Manufacturers wishing to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" must submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program.
• The contract will require certified Cost or Pricing Data or Information Other Than Cost or Pricing Data.
• The contracting officer will determine if the items are commercial and if the commercial prices are fair and reasonable.
