Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the renovation of one classroom, Room 212, at the Early Childhood Programs and Services building. The project includes restoring the classroom to its original condition after an HVAC-related flood, matching existing room finishes and HVAC-related items. Bidders must provide a lump sum bid for General Trades and Mechanical work, and include a 5% Bid Security Bid Bond or certified check.
