TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT BRUCE WOODBURY DRIVE AND NEEDLES HIGHWAY

Clark County is seeking qualified firms to design, construct, and install a fully operational traffic signal system at the intersection of Bruce Woodbury Drive and Needles Highway. The scope includes demolition of existing improvements, roadway rehabilitation, curb and gutter work, sidewalk and ramp upgrades with tactile warning panels, pavement markings, permanent signage, valve box and manhole adjustments, street lighting upgrades, installation of the traffic signal hardware and associated ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) components, traffic control, dust control, and all related miscellaneous improvements as shown on the project drawings. • Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing signal infrastructure and related items. • Pavement rehabilitation, curb, gutter, and sidewalk construction with ADA‑compliant ramps. • Installation of new traffic signal heads, controllers, poles, and ITS equipment. • Upgrade of intersection street lighting and related electrical work. • Provision of all required traffic control, dust control, and site safety measures. • Completion of all work in accordance with Clark County specifications and schedule.
