Description
The Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a full repair/overhaul of a single centrifugal pump (NSN 4320‑01‑3311‑678, part number 2525‑1) under a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement. The work must comply with all applicable technical data packages, configuration‑management, packaging, marking, hazardous‑material, and cybersecurity (CMMC) requirements, and the repaired pump must be delivered to the consignee in Hayward, CA within 180 calendar days of the lead‑time event.
• Scope includes disassembly, inspection, repair/overhaul, testing, re‑certification, and repackaging per MIL‑STD‑2073‑1 and related standards.
• Contractor must register and use the CAV RP portal and submit all payment/receiving reports through WAWF, and meet CMMC certification requirements.
• No substitutions are allowed except via formal change orders; all packaging must meet DLR labeling, SMIC markings, and ISPM 15 wood standards.
