Annual Contract for Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), Concrete Box Culverts, and Safety End Treatments (SET)

Tarrant County is seeking to establish an annual contract for the purchase of reinforced concrete pipes, concrete box culverts, and safety end treatments. The contract will have a duration of 12 months, with two optional renewal periods. The contractor must meet the current Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) specifications, including all special provisions. The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the county. Key responsibilities include providing various sized reinforced concrete pipes, concrete box culverts, and safety end treatments, with installation not required. • The contractor must be able to quote items not listed regarding reinforced concrete pipe, concrete box culverts, and safety end treatments. • The contractor must bid on all items to be considered for award. • The contractor must offer a discount off list price for items not listed. • Quantities listed are estimates, and orders are placed on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
