Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for a Cab & Chassis, 4X4, Standard Cab DRW, 22,000 GVWR. The vehicle must meet certain specifications, including a minimum 22,000 lb. GVWR, four-wheel drive, and a V8 engine. The State intends to award a contract to the bidder that best meets the specifications while taking price and delivery into consideration.
• The vehicle must be a new 2025 or newer model year.
• The vehicle must have a minimum 40-gallon fuel capacity.
• The vehicle must have a rear axle with differential locking/limited slip and a ratio of 4.88 preferred.
• The vehicle must have a heavy-duty engine cooler, factory installed.
• The vehicle must have a skid plate package for off-road use and transfer case protection.
• The vehicle must have stabilizer bars, front and rear, with heavy-duty shock absorbers.
• The vehicle must have a 10-speed automatic transmission with selectable drive modes.
• The vehicle must have a wheelbase of 169 inches, 84 CA (length to accommodate 12 ft body).
• The vehicle must have a forest green exterior color, or equal, and a tan/gray interior color.
• The vehicle must have certain features, including air conditioning, a rearview camera, and a 360-degree dual beacon LED warning strobe.
