Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids to upgrade the Cooper Road intersection with Moon Road and Hope Hollow Road. The contractor will be responsible for a mix of civil works—including earthwork, drainage, concrete flat‑work, asphalt paving, curb‑and‑gutter installation, retaining walls, traffic‑signal and ATMS installation, sidewalks, striping, and water‑line placement—over roughly 0.63 mi of right‑of‑way.
