Description
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed concrete services, including foundation work, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and decorative concrete installations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a range of concrete-related services, including repairs and maintenance of existing concrete structures. The contract is expected to start on 05/04/2026 and end on 06/30/2027.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing high-quality concrete services that are reliable, aesthetically pleasing, and tailored to the needs of each project
• Performing work on an "as-needed" basis, with the possibility of one-time, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services
• Coordinating with the site manager to schedule escorted access to buildings
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances of state and local agencies
• Maintaining the safety of workers, office personnel, and the public on the work site
• Providing proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial auto, and workers' compensation insurance
