The U.S. Navy is seeking an authorized distributor to supply two (2) butterfly valves (NIIN 015443348) meeting strict Navy specifications. The amendment raises the quantity from one to two, extends the offer deadline to 6 Nov 2026, and updates the Technical Data Package to version 003. The contractor must provide a mercury‑free product, comply with MIL‑STD‑129 marking, MIL‑STD‑2073 packaging, ISO 9001‑based quality assurance, and configuration control per MIL‑STD‑973.
